Kokoro Kai Karate Do is a traditional karate school with dojos in New South Wales, Queensland and Chennai in India.

This a karate school where students learn on three levels, the Body, the Mind and the Spirit.

Kokoro Kai Karate Do is not a sports-karate club. We practice effective self defense techniques in a controlled and friendly family atmosphere. Students of all ages enjoy increased confidence, fitness and self awareness.

Our karate techniques are taught on 5 important principles.
Focus, Technique, Speed, Power and Timing.

These are intertwined with 5 equally important principles.
